We advise our clients as party-appointed experts or technical consultants in trials or arbitrations, whether in criminal, commercial or administrative matters. Our role consists in collaborating in the whole judicial or arbitration process, assisting our clients and their lawyers in the preparation of the pertinent legal documents, the writing of claims subject to accounting expertise examination and representation of the party in the process development, the evaluation of the opposite party’s evidences, the preparation of the expertise report and the appropriate defense. We have served as technical consultants in arbitrations brought before the International Chamber of Commerce, CIADI, Arbitration Board of the Buenos Aires Stock of Exchange and in arbitration processes where rules are established by the parties and that have been conducted before Arbitration Courts abroad. Furthermore, some of the partners of our firm hold the position of Expert Accountant of the Arbitration Board of the Buenos Aires Stock of Exchange.
